How to Change the Language in the Help Center
You can easily change the language of the Help Center content.
Steps to switch Help Center language:
Scroll to the bottom right corner of any Help Center page.
Click the language selector (dropdown menu).
Choose English or Dutch.
Note: Your selected language will update all articles and navigation.
How to Change the Language in Live Chat or Support Widget
The language of the chat is determined by the one active when the chat session begins.
To change the chat language:
Close the current Help Center page/window and reopen it.
Use the language selector at the bottom right to choose your preferred language.
Start a new chat — your conversation will now begin in the selected language.
Where Language Switching is Available
Help Center (FAQs & Articles): Yes – use the language selector at the bottom right of the page.
Live Chat / Chat Widget: Language can be changed by manually restarting the session. Close the current Help Center page or window, select your preferred language, and then start a new chat.
Email Support: Yes – you can contact us in either English or Dutch.
