How do I lock my storage unit?

Locking your storage unit is simple and secure. When first renting a unit, please ensure you bring a padlock so you can safely lock your unit when you leave. Once you have stored your belongings inside, follow these steps to ensure your unit is properly locked:

1. Close the Unit Door Securely – Make sure the door is fully shut before locking.
2. Use Your Own Padlock and Key to Lock the Unit – Insert the key into the lock and turn it until it is securely locked.
3. Double-Check the Lock – Pull on the door gently to confirm it is properly secured.

Exiting the Facility

Once your unit is locked, you can leave the storage facility:

• Walk towards the sliding exit door, and it will open automatically.
• The facility entrance will lock itself automatically after you exit, ensuring security.
