What happens if I don’t pay my rent on time?

If you fail to pay your storage rent on time, easyStorage will make multiple attempts to contact you with reminders to settle the outstanding balance. It is important to address missed payments promptly to avoid further consequences.

Termination of the Storage Agreement

If the rent remains unpaid despite repeated reminders, easyStorage reserves the right to terminate your storage agreement. A one-month notice period will apply, after which your rental contract will be officially ended.

Evacuation and Disposal of Stored Items

If the payment is not settled before the termination date:

• You will be required to vacate your storage unit and remove your belongings before the final deadline.
• If you wish to clear your unit yourself, you must contact easyStorage to schedule an appointment for access.

If you do not vacate the unit in time, easyStorage will have the right to evacuate the space at your expense. In accordance with the terms and conditions:

• easyStorage may take possession of your stored items under its legal lien.
• Your belongings may be sold, disposed of, or destroyed, with any proceeds retained by easyStorage to cover unpaid rent and expenses.
