- Final Confirmation – Once your unit is cleared and inspected, your contract will officially end.
What Happens If You Don’t Vacate on Time?
If your unit is not emptied before the cancellation date, easyStorage may proceed with evacuation at your expense. In this case:
- The company has the right to seize, sell, or dispose of your belongings as part of its legal lien to recover unpaid fees.
- Any additional costs for the eviction process may be charged to you.
