How can I access my unit?

Accessing your easyStorage unit is simple and secure.

Retrieving Your Key
From the start date of your rental, the key to your storage unit will be ready inside your space. You can take it out yourself upon your first visit.

Entering the Facility
To open the front entrance door, follow these steps:

1. Stand in front of the correct entrance.
2. Call the designated phone number provided in your instructions (Step 1).
3. The digital lock will recognize your registered customer phone number and unlock the door automatically.

Exiting the Facility
When you are ready to leave:

• Walk towards the sliding door, and it will open automatically.
• The door will also lock itself automatically after you exit, ensuring security.
