Planning to Move Out of Your easyStorage Unit?
Moving out doesn’t have to be stressful. With a bit of preparation, the process can be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s a quick guide to help you through it:
1. Give Us 30 Days’ Notice
Please let us know at least 30 days in advance of your planned move-out date. You can reach out in one of the following ways:

Once we receive your notice, we’ll send you a confirmation with your official move-out date. It’s quick and easy!
2. Final Invoice
You can view and pay your final invoice by logging into your account at https://app.easystorage.nl, locating your most recent unpaid invoice, and clicking "Make a Payment."
If you need assistance, just let us know — we’ll be happy to send the invoice directly to you.
3. Clean Your Unit Before Leaving
Before moving out, please ensure your storage unit is completely empty and clean. This helps us prepare the space for the next customer efficiently.
4. Take a Few Photos
After cleaning, please take a few clear photos of the empty unit and reply to the move-out confirmation email titled "Your easyStorage upcoming move-out" with these photos attached. This will help us verify the unit's condition.
5. Final Steps: Inspection & Returning the Keys
When you're ready to complete your move-out:
Leave the cylinder key and lock inside the unit
Do a final check to ensure nothing has been left behind
