Keeping track of your easyStorage invoices is simple and helps you stay on top of your payments. If you want to check the status of your invoices, see if there are any outstanding payments, or find out if anything has gone wrong, it’s easy to do. Follow the steps below to quickly check everything.
Steps to Check Your Invoice Status:
Go to easyStorage.nl: Head to the easyStorage website at https://app.easystorage.nl.
Find Your Profile Icon: Look in the top corner of the page for your profile icon.
Click the Icon: Click on the icon to open a menu.
Select "Invoices": In the menu, click on "Invoices."
Your Billing Overview:
Once you click on "Invoices," you’ll see your billing overview. This shows all your invoices, both past and present. You can easily see which ones have been paid, which are still due, and if any payments have failed.
Tip: Check Your Inbox for Notifications
If the system couldn’t charge your card (for example, if your card expired or there was a problem with your bank), you’ll get a "Failed Invoice" email notification.
Important Timing Info:
Usually, the system tries to charge your card the day before your billing period ends. For example, if your storage started on the 20th of January, your billing period ends on the 20th of each month. The system will try to charge your card on the 19th. If the payment fails, you’ll receive the "Failed Invoice" email.
